Statement pursuant to § 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG): we are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle).

The European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform was permanently discontinued on 20 July 2025 pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2024/3228. There is therefore no longer any ODR platform to which we can refer you.
